Winter Storage

Bulk Storage for Winter

Our winter storage program offers flexible indoor and outdoor storage options for a variety of large vehicles and equipment. Whether you're storing a boat, RV, 5th wheel, or vintage car, we provide the space for your unit during the off-season.

Storage is available on a first-come, first-served basis during designated drop-off hours. All units must be delivered and contracted in person at the time of drop-off.

Space is limited only by the availability of building and unit sizes.

Storage Details

Season: October 5, 2026 – April 30, 2027
Drop-Off Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (excluding holidays)
Saturday Drop-Off: One Saturday drop-off date will be available on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 9:00 AM through 2:00 PM.

Rates:

  • Indoor Storage: $20 per foot (tip to tip)
  • Outdoor Storage: $25 per month

Storage Pick-Up

All units must be scheduled for pick-up at least 24 hours in advance by calling 712-580-3000. All units must be removed by April 30, 2027.

Insurance & Liability Notice

The Clay County Fair does not provide insurance coverage for any stored property. All insurance coverage for stored property is the sole responsibility of the owner.

The Clay County Fair is not responsible for any personal injury or damage to property that may occur during the placement, movement, storage, or retrieval of any item. The Fair is also not responsible for the condition of any property at the time of return.

All stored property must be removed by April 30 of the current rental season, unless prior special arrangements have been made and approved by the Clay County Fair.
