The Clay County Fair isn't just an event you attend each September; it's a Fair Family you can be part of for life. Join us at the Clay County Regional Events Center for an adults-only night of Fair-inspired food, music, games, and friendly competition.
For $29 per couple, enjoy a fun night out, meet the people who make the Fair happen, and discover how you can become part of the Fair Family with a $100 lifetime membership in the Clay County Fair Association. No annual dues. Just one membership and a lifetime connection.
What to Expect:
Fair-Inspired Food Stations: Enjoy a variety of food inspired by the flavors and traditions of the Clay County Fair.
Music & Dancing: A live DJ will keep the atmosphere going throughout the evening.
Games & Friendly Competition: Challenge your friends to interactive games and activities, from oversized favorites to sports-inspired challenges.
Photo Booth Fun: Step into a magazine-style photo booth and capture a memory from the evening. Guests who become Clay County Fair Association members at the event will receive a special magazine-cover keepsake.
Cash Bar: Grab a drink and enjoy the evening with friends, fellow Fair supporters, and the people who help make the Clay County Fair happen.
A Fair Family for Life
The Clay County Fair is more than nine days each September. It's a community built around a shared love of agriculture, tradition, and bringing people together, and you can be part of it.
For a one-time $100 lifetime membership, you can join the Clay County Fair Association and become part of the organization behind the Fair. There are no annual dues, and membership is open to anyone, wherever you call home.
As a member, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Vote in elections for the Association's 27-member Board of Directors.
- Attend the Association's annual meeting each February.
- Run for and hold office within the Association.

Clay County Regional Events Center
Tickets are $29 per couple and go on sale Tuesday, October 13. Tickets can be purchased through any of the following options:
- In person: Visit the Clay County Fair Office, located inside the Clay County Regional Events Center.
- By phone: Call 712-580-3000. Purchased tickets can be picked up at the will-call window.
- Through a Fair Board member: Contact any current Clay County Fair Board member to purchase tickets.
Tickets are limited, so plan ahead and make your arrangements early.
Please note: This is an adults-only event. A cash bar will be available; guests must be 21 or older to purchase alcoholic beverages.
