Current opportunities include the following:

WAIT STAFF | year-round | part-time

  • Earn extra cash working events; nights and weekends with a flexible schedule

BARTENDERS | year-round | part-time

  • Earn extra cash working events; nights and weekends with a flexible schedule

MAINTENANCE/OPERATIONS ASSISTANTS | seasonal | full-time or part-time

  • Building, grounds, and barn cleaning; landscaping and lawn maintenance; general maintenance (basic carpentry and painting); event set-up and tear-down; ability to drive/operate machinery preferred.

BARN ATTENDANTS | seasonal | part-time

  • Assist with barn clean-out (manure removal and general cleaning) following livestock events at the Fair & Events Center throughout the summer months, concluding with the Fair in September.  Attendants work on an “as needed” basis following events with work hours determined by attendants and Fair & Events Center staff.  Attendants will work on a contract basis and can be individuals, non-profit groups (FFA Chapters, 4-H Clubs, church groups, sports teams, 4-H committees, etc.), or “for-profit” groups.  Fair & Events Center staff will provide equipment and supervision.
