ATTENTION ALL EXHIBITORS

Exhibitor questions on premium amounts or ribbon placing must be received before October 15, or no adjustments or corrections will be able to be made. (Questions can be directed to competition@claycountyfair.com or by calling 712-580-3000.) 

All checks should be cashed immediately after receiving them. Lost premium checks will not be reissued, and premium checks issued after 45 days will become void.

The deadline for all premium issues (inquiries, requests for changes, etc.) is before October 15.  All awards, ribbons, and exhibits not picked up at the Fair Administrative Offices by October 15 will be forfeited and become property of the Clay County Fair.
