Blue Ribbon Catering is the exclusive in-house catering team for the Clay County Regional Events Center, bringing exceptional cuisine and personalized service to every event. Led by Executive Chef Phil Poutre, our full-time, on-site team can create memorable experiences for gatherings of any size or style.
