Be a Volunteer
The Clay County Fair wouldn’t be possible without the incredible dedication of our volunteers. For nine action-packed days each September, it takes a team of passionate individuals to keep “The World’s Greatest County Fair” running smoothly — and we’d love to have you be part of it!

From staffing information booths to assisting guests at the Grandstand and helping all across the fairgrounds, our volunteers play a vital role in creating an unforgettable experience for over 300,000 fairgoers. Whether you're a returning volunteer or joining us for the first time, your time and talent make a real difference.
