Goldstar Amusements returns to Fair with new remodels of classic rides

Spencer, Iowa – Goldstar Amusements returns for their 11th year at the Clay County Fair powered by SMU, September 10-18, with an addition of several newly remodeled rides.
“We are fortunate to work with one of the best carnivals in the United States,” said Fair Manager Jeremy Parsons. “Their safe rides, clean midway, and outstanding guest services make them a top-notch partner for the Fair.”
This year, the bumper cars will get a complete remodel along with new LED lighting. The Zero Gravity ride will also have brand new LED lighting for this year’s Fair.
A new exciting LED lighting technology upgrade will also be featured. Rather than utilizing a controller, each individual light has now been programmed to dance and flash, and once the lights are energized, they all work together to make flashing patterns.
Advance carnival wristbands for the GoldStar Amusements Midway are available online at claycountyfair.com, at the Events Center Box Office (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm), by phone at (515) 244-2771, or at 12 different Godfather’s Pizza locations in Iowa and Minnesota.
