Courtesy Carts: Available in the LG Seeds North Lot for those wanting a ride to and from Gate G (donations accepted, but not required).

Shuttle Service: A continuous loop of the fairgrounds with 9 stops provided by the Royal & Peterson Lions Club ($1 per ride or $2 all day).

Scooter, Wheelchair and Wagon Rentals: HomeTown Mobility is accepting reservations online at www.htmia.com or by calling 1-877-928-5388 from 9am-5pm Monday – Friday and 7 days a week during the fair/event to answer questions or assist with a call-in Reservation. There is a $5 processing fee for all call-in reservations. Reservations will ONLY be accepted for full day Scooter and Wheelchair rentals. However, we do hold a limited number of wheelchairs and scooters for walk-up customers on a first come first serve basis. Reservations need to be made prior to 5pm CST the day before pick up. A driver’s license or state ID is required at pick up for all rentals. Cancellations must be made prior to 5pm CST 2 days before pick up to receive a full refund, less a $5 cancellation processing fee. Rental locations are Gate A and Gate G.
Scooters $55 per full day (8am-10pm) , $40 per half day (8am-2pm or 2pm-10pm).
Wheelchairs $20 per day.
Strollers $12 Singles/ $15 Doubles per day.
Wagons $15 per day.

Information Booths: Seven locations on grounds: south of the Livestock Pavilion; north of the Farmers Bank Tent; north of Cattle Barn; near Gate C; inside the Depot; inside the Events Center Lobby; south of the Grandstand.

ATMs: Various locations on the fairgrounds and in the Events Center.

First Aid: Located in the Family Place.

Diaper Changing/Nursing Stations: Located in the Family Place.

Family Restrooms: 4-H Building; Events Center.

Lost Person/Lost and Found: Located in the security office at the west end of the Grandstand.

Chaplain: Chaplain of the day is available on the grounds.
